You will also need to know how to prepare the maple frosting for these bars.  You will need:

  • “1/2 cup of grass-fed butter, ghee, or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnmon
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons coconut flour

You will want to pre-heat the oven to 350.  Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, powder, and spice into a small bowl and mix well.  Microwave the coconut oil and butter in a bowl for about 30 seconds.  Add all the wet ingredients together followed by the dry ingredients.  Poor the mix into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.  Allow the bars to cool for about 15 minutes.

Separately, “beat the grass-fed butter until smooth and creamy.”  After that, add in the syrup, cinnamon, flour, milk, and sugar,  and “beat until combined”.  Put the frosting on top of the bars and chill everything in the fridge for about 15 minutes.  Cut them into squares and enjoy!
