Already a very influential makeup artist and beauty vlogger, Nura Afia took a huge career step when she signed on with CoverGirl and became the brand's first woman to appear in their advertising wearing a hijab. “I never thought I would see Muslim women represented on such a large scale,” she told Glamour.com.
