The alarm clock goes off, and you drag out of bed feeling like a creature from The Walking Dead. You make your way through your place stumbling to find the kitchen when then drifts in those glorious scents that invigorate your dreary mind. Whether it be to welcome the day or perform your work, coffee will always be a hot commodity for the person who has much to accomplish. Many java junkies possess in their home a Keurig coffee maker. It is a quick, convenient way to make coffee, and also try an abundant amount of different flavors. Here are some of those roasts that come highly recommended-

  1. Jamaican Me Crazy- Created by Wolfgang Puck, this coffee blend is a Medium Roast. “Infused with an Island twist,” it claims to have an artificial coconut flavor that sends you to paradise. However, as someone who loves this coffee and hates coconut, I will have to urge you to try it even if you also despise the flaky white material.

  2. Caribou Coffee: Caribou Blend- For a rich Medium Roast, that contends to transport you to the wilderness as you experience a migration of the reindeer. This flavor has a delicious taste that you will not regret testing.

  3. Gloria Jean’s Butter Toffee- This Medium Roast will have you reminiscing about sweeter days gone by as you delight in its rich buttery rum taste that makes you feel like you are a kid in a candy store. Or maybe you’re the maverick it transports to a winter enveloped mountain lodge wearing a flannel shirt by the fire. Either way you certainly cannot go wrong with this blend.

  4. Cinnabon: Classic Cinnamon Roll- A Light roast coffee “swirled with the taste of Cinnabon cinnamon, brown sugar, and frosting.” There is not much more that needs to be said other than you need to try this.

  5. Green Mountain Pumpkin Spice- An infusion of cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin make this coffee a true autumn pleasure that is excellent all year round. Where is that Great Pumpkin? It’s right here Charlie Brown. You don’t need to wait for the October/November season to enjoy this java.

  6. Caribou Coffee: Daybreak Morning Blend- For those who don’t like a Dark or Medium Roast this Light roast will give you a similar flavor of Caribou with a more delicate quality. It is great for those who like the caffeine but not so much coffee itself.

  7. Starbucks: Sumatra- An exciting Dark roast for those who like the darker more sinister side of coffee and Starbucks. “Like the Sumatran tiger, this coffee makes its presence known.”

  8. Starbucks: Holiday Blend- What can I say but if you are a fan of Starbucks coffee, then this is a great one to try. Delicious and full of cheer this coffee claims to have “a balance of herbal and sweet maple notes.” So before this holiday season ends, grab a box and give it a go!
