
Breaking all the rules of longstanding wine culture, the Spanish startup Gik has created a wine in a very nontraditional hue.

Without pairing rules, Gik hopes to revolutionize the way people experience drinking wine. It's made from both red and white grapes and gets its blue color from a pigment found in grape skin and indigo. Currently, it's only available in Spain, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, but there are plans to expand to the United States as well.
